I. The Tier
What Makes a Brainrot “Secret” (And Why It's Not the Rarest)
The most common mistake new players make is assuming “Secret” means the rarest tier in the game. It doesn't. Secret sits one step below God on the 8-tier rarity ladder Sammy built into the game back in UPD 3 — and one step above Mythic. That distinction matters because Secret is the highest tier you can realistically own more than one of.
Per natural Conveyor Belt cycle, a Secret spawns with probability below 0.001%. The income ceiling on a top-end Secret like Griffin is $400M/s; the floor on a low-end Secret is around $325K/s. Costs range from $50M (early Secrets like Esok Sekolah) all the way to $400B+ for the legendary Strawberry Elephant.

“Secret is the second-rarest tier in Steal a Brainrot, sitting above Mythic and below God. Spawn rates are below 0.001% per Conveyor Belt cycle, which is why most servers go an hour or more between any Secret appearing.”
For context on where Secret fits against the other 7 tiers — and what you'd be giving up by chasing them instead of grinding Mythics — check the full rarity tier breakdown on our value list.
II. The List
Our Verified Secret List (10 Confirmed as of May 23, 2026)
Sammy keeps adding new Secrets through Saturday updates and seasonal events. Trackers like brainrotgames.games count 22+ across the Witch Fuse and Santa's Fuse machines. Eldorado's exist-count data suggests 100+ total when you include all the limited-time and event-locked drops. Our list is the 10 we've personally seen drop and confirmed income on.
Anyone listing 226 Secrets is either pulling from an aggregator that didn't filter duplicates, or making it up. Both happen. We'd rather show you 10 we've actually verified than pad a number.

5 Methods to Get a Secret, Ranked by Realistic Odds
Most guides rank methods by “chance per cycle” or some other theoretical number. That's useless. We rank by what actually works based on hours played, not math nobody verified. The boring honest one comes first.

- Time
- Indefinite
- Odds
- <0.001%
We've sat on Luck servers for 4 hours with zero Secret appearances. The 1-hour estimate is the optimistic ceiling, not the average.

- Time
- Instant
- Odds

Most reliable paid method. Rate isn't officially published; community telemetry estimates ~75% Secret drop. Rolling a low-tier Secret = not worth $30 USD.

Fuse Machines

One thing the methods table doesn't capture: stealing rewards skill compounding. The 200th raid you run is dramatically more successful than the 5th, because you start reading base layouts and trait loadouts. If you're going to lean into method 3, invest in your trait selection before your weapon choices.
IV. Luck & Mutations
Luck Bonus Servers, Mutations, and the 1-Hour Rule
Luck Bonus servers are not a cheat code. They're publicly joinable rooms where a global luck multiplier is active — usually triggered by a paid event or admin abuse. On these servers, Secret spawn rates rise from below 0.001% to roughly 0.1% per Conveyor cycle. That sounds huge, but in practice it translates to one Secret per hour at the absolute ceiling. Not the average.
“Luck Bonus servers raise Secret spawn rates from <0.001% to ~0.1% per cycle — about one Secret per hour at the theoretical ceiling. We've sat on Luck servers for 4 hours with zero appearances. The ceiling is not the average.”
Mutations are the other multiplier that actually moves the needle. A Secret with the Divine mutation generates 10× its base income — a single Divine Griffin would hit $4B/s. Mutations are random per spawn and stack multiplicatively with rebirth bonuses. If you want to model the math properly, our Traits Optimizer handles the full stack.
Rule of thumb on Luck servers: if no Secret has appeared in 90 minutes, switch servers. The luck multiplier doesn't reset for you when you stay; it cycles regardless.
V. The Math
Are Secret Brainrots Actually Worth Hunting? (Honest ROI)
Every other guide assumes the answer is “yes, hunt all Secrets.” We're going to argue the unpopular take: most Secret purchases lose to grinding rebirths. The numbers below are why.
The 2,399 Robux Lucky Block costs about $30 USD. Community telemetry estimates a ~75% Secret drop, but most of those rolls land in the low-tier bucket — Esok Sekolah at $30M/s, Garama and Madundung at $50M/s. Over 30 days of passive earning, those generate roughly $77B to $130B in-game currency. Compare that to 4 hours of focused rebirth grinding from Rebirth 5 to Rebirth 8: roughly $250B over the same period due to the income multiplier compounding.
The contrarian play: the best-ROI Secret isn't the most expensive. It's a mid-tier one like La Vaca Saturno Saturnita that you steal from an unattended base. Free Secret + same passive income = math wins.

VI. The Mistakes
5 Mistakes That Cost Players Their First Secret
- 01
Buying a Secret before maxing base defense
A reader DM'd us: bought their first Secret on a fresh base, got raided 12 minutes later. Max walls, traps, and sentries before any Secret-tier purchase. Always.
- 02
Spending Robux on a Lucky Block at low rebirth
The Lucky Block gives you a Secret, but at Rebirth 2 your income multiplier is so low the Secret takes 8× longer to ROI than at Rebirth 8. Grind rebirths first.
- 03
Server-jumping for Luck without checking uptime
Luck Bonus activates only after a server has been live for 30+ minutes (rough estimate). Joining a server at 2 min uptime gives you the same odds as a regular server.
- 04
Trading Secrets off-platform on Discord
Real-money trades violate Roblox TOS. Even ignoring that, we've seen Discord middleman scams cost players Mythic-tier bases. Use the in-game Brainrot Trader only.
- 05
Hoarding cash for "the perfect Secret"
Sitting on $50B waiting for a top-tier Secret means your money is not compounding. Reinvest in rebirths or mid-tier Mythics first. The perfect Secret is the one you can afford now.
VII. FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
QHow many Secret brainrots are in Steal a Brainrot?+
As of May 2026, counts you'll see online range from 17 (Backdash) to 226 (U7buy). Our verified list contains 10 Secrets we've personally tracked and confirmed in-game. Sammy adds new Secrets through events like Santa's Fuse and Witch Fuse Machine updates, so the total grows monthly. The honest answer: nobody has a definitive count because the developer doesn't publish one.
QWhat's the rarest Secret brainrot?+
By natural spawn rate, Strawberry Elephant is the rarest at roughly 1 in 6 billion per Conveyor Belt cycle. By income, Griffin currently generates the most at $400M/s. By trading value, Headless Horseman from the Witch Fuse Machine routinely fetches the highest offers — though off-Roblox trading violates TOS and we do not recommend it.
QHow do you get a Secret brainrot fast?+
Three realistic methods: buy a Lucky Block in the shop for 2,399 Robux (~75% Secret drop rate per community telemetry), wait on a Luck Bonus server (~1 Secret per hour at theoretical best), or fuse one via the Witch or Santa's Fuse Machine if you have materials. Stealing from other players is faster if you can break a fortified base.
QCan you trade Secret brainrots?+
Yes, in-game trading works via the Brainrot Trader NPC, which currently offers 7 Secret-tier brainrots in rotation that refresh after Saturday updates. Player-to-player trades happen through Discord, but anything involving real money violates Roblox TOS — and Discord scams have cost players Mythic-tier bases. Stick to in-game NPC trades.
QAre Secret brainrots worth buying with Robux?+
Only if you're past Rebirth 5 with a stable base. The 2,399 Robux Lucky Block delivers a Secret roughly 75% of the time, but rolling a low-tier Secret with $325K/s income is not worth $30 USD versus 4 hours of focused rebirth grinding. Spend Robux on the gamble only if you specifically want a top-3 Secret and can absorb the loss.
QWhat's the difference between Secret and Mythic rarity?+
Secret sits one tier above Mythic and one below God. Practical difference: Mythics top out around $50M/s income; Secrets start at $325K/s but the highest-end Secrets hit $400M/s. Mythics also spawn about 50x more often. If you're choosing where to invest grind time, Mythics give faster steady gains; Secrets are flex pieces and late-game income.
QDo Secret brainrots come back if I get raided?+
No. If another player successfully steals your Secret, it's theirs until you steal it back or buy a new one. There's no insurance, no buyback, no respawn. This is why every guide tells you to max base defenses — walls, traps, sentry layering — before spending big on any Secret tier.
QHow often does Sammy add new Secret brainrots?+
Based on the past 6 months, roughly 1-3 new Secrets per major UPD release, plus seasonal batches (Santa's Fuse added 6 in December 2025). The Witch Fuse Machine has been quietly receiving additions almost every Saturday update. We refresh our verified list within 48 hours of any new Secret being added to the game.
