Origin & History

Tralalero Tralala is widely seen as the first Italian brainrot character. The original sound is credited to TikTok @eZburger401 (since banned) in early January 2025, and the viral AI image of a shark in Nike shoes was posted on January 13, 2025 by @amoamimandy.1a — it pulled 17M+ plays in three months. The phrase itself goes back further, to Italian-language Dwayne Johnson meme videos from October 2023.

The game model is a shark with three elongated fins acting as legs, blue shoes, a blank stare and no visible teeth. The wiki says the model is technically grey, though most people see it as blue.
