It's based on the "No, la Polizia / Italian Brainrot Arrested" meme: on April 2, 2025, TikTok @brainrot7708 posted the Hotspot Bro skeleton getting arrested while an AI voice says "No, la polizia." By April 25 the sound had over 225,800 posts.
The game version is three baby Nooo My Hotspot figures in police uniforms — one happy with a walkie-talkie, one happy with handcuffs and a baton, and one distraught with a flashlight and notebook. In-game it's spelled "Noo La Polizia."
In Steal a Brainrot
It came with Update 24 (November 8, 2025), the Brainrot Dealer update, after Sammy teased it on November 6. It sold at the Brainrot Dealer for $67M or R$499 (November 8–15), then moved to the Brainrot Trader as a recipe — 1 Brasilini Berimbini or 2 Trenostruzzo Turbo 3000 — until December 6, 2025.
Both machines are gone, so right now you can only trade for one or steal it. It earns $280K/s and is the first "Noo" brainrot that isn't Secret rarity.
